Mastering the Requirements of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act
With the LkSG Readiness Check, we assist companies in assessing their current level of compliance and identifying areas that need action.
The Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) sets specific requirements but allows companies to find individual solutions within a reasonable framework.
Our analysis includes both quantitative and qualitative evaluations and forms the basis for developing a tailored and actionable roadmap, ideally supported by our ESG software partners.
How Do We Proceed?
Status Quo Assessment
After a comprehensive analysis of the LkSG requirements and possible implementation routes, we evaluate your company's progress using an assessment framework. This involves reviewing existing company documents and processes and conducting interviews with employees based on key questions. The evaluation is both quantitative and qualitative, allowing a focused examination of the current status. The results are presented in a workshop.
Definition of a Target Vision
Based on the inventory assessment, we formulate a target vision for the company. We collaboratively determine how a compliant due diligence process can be designed, identify potential synergies with other systems and processes within the company, and decide which stakeholders should be involved.
Development of a Roadmap
In collaboration with the company, we develop a roadmap that aligns with the defined target vision. The roadmap outlines the necessary actions and describes how due diligence can be embedded into the value chain and integrated into the company’s strategies, plans, and management systems.
